The American LaFrance Eagle Fire Engine , ALF, was a freight truck built on a custom chassis to fulfill the special needs of firefighters. Built and delivered by ALF’s operational period, 1996 to 2014, the Eagle fire fighter engines were custom made with length configurations and variations with either a flat or a raised roof, in addition to the indispensable ladder and water pump.
ALF’s Eagle fire engine esteemed its sported unique taupe-over-red color scheme, with a driver’s cabin holding a crew of 7. Side cabinets transfer the vital equipment and tools to be deployed by firefighters on the immediate scene. ket. The Eagle also featured a distinct, custom-designed curved lightbar, in order to fit the cab’s rounded front; as a standard option.
