Jurassic Park Tyrannosaurus Rex

The Tyrannosaurus Rex, Latin for tyrant lizard king, is a very large bipedal carnivorous dinosaur of the late Cretaceous period. The Tyrannosaurus Rex, T-Rex for short, had powerful jaws and small claw-like front legs. The T-rex was one of the most formidable predators of their time, known to prey on large herbivores and other carnivores as well.

The T-Rex is one of the best represented, and depicted theropods that made its way onto the big screen in the 1993 film “Jurassic Park”. Visitors of “Jurassic Park” were left sitting wide-eyed and paralyzed with fear, in a death-defying experience, as the T-Rex broke out of its enclosure as the ground trembled beneath its feet.
