Primarily developed for towing heavy guns and recovering vehicles, the Sd.Kfz.9 was used on all fronts during the Second World War until the very end.
With over 2,500 vehicles manufactured, the Schwerer Zugkraftwagen 9/1, with its new upper body, fulfilled its various roles on the battlefield to hoist heavy machinery and battle tanks’ engines maintenance.
