product description
The German Pz.Kpfw.II Ausf.L Luchs, German for lynx, was a WW2 Panzer II reconnaissance light capable of reaching a top speed of 50 km/h. Featuring overlapping/interleaved wheels and sagging tracks, the Luchs was larger in most dimensions than its equivalent Daimler-Benz Panzer II designed vehicle. 100 vehicles were built between 1942 and 1944, by MAN manufacturing, which was adopted by the German WW2 Wehrmacht.
Manned by a crew of 4, the Luchs was armed with armour penetrating 2 cm KwK 38 L/55 autocannon and a coaxial 7.92mm MG 34 machine gun.
