Mr. Cement SPB is a high quality adhesive for plastic model kits, by Mr. Hobby Japan. Mr. Cement SPB is a new type “BRUSH ON” type low viscosity cement. It has an improved drying speed and adhesive strength and is suitable for attaching fragile plastic parts. Mr. Cement SPB is brushed on the gap between two parts, allowing it to flow and stick both parts together. The black colored cement allows the scale modeller to easily check to see how much cement is applied and if it has been applied evenly. Each bottle of Mr. Cement SP contains a handy applicator brush inside the bottle cap.
