product description

The simply labelled Kübel, Type 82, was heavily based on the Volkswagen Beetle designed by Ferdinand Porsche. Seated for a crew of four, the lighter, cheaper 2-wheel driven Kübel was intended to be manhandled in case it got stuck.  Initially deployed by the German military in the North African campaign, the Kübel roadster saw extensive combat till the final days of  WW2 Eastern Front in 1945.
