Description

The 2S23 Nona-SVK is a self-propelled air-borne 120 mm self-propelled mortar system, based on the BTR-80 8×8 chassis. Manned by a crew of 4, the Nona-SVK was designed as a fire support vehicle and entered service with the Russian army in 1990. The SVK also saw combat operations during the recent Ruso-Ukrainian war, with various vehicles either captured or destroyed.
